Job Seeker
- The Job Seeker, hereinafter, referred to as the "User". The JobzAlly, hereinafter, referred to as the “Company”.
- The User should ensure to read the Payment Terms & Conditions very carefully before accepting and registering with JobzAlly. Payment Terms and conditions are applicable only for the jobs where referral amount mentioned in Job Posting.
- Registration is at free of cost.
- The User agrees and acknowledges that the company is not responsible or provide any guarantee for Job Offers, Offered CTC, Rewards or any kind of payments.
- Duplicate profiles are not considered for rewards.
- The company reserves the right to change details of its advertised services, facilities and rewards slabs where circumstances beyond the company’s control necessitate such changes or where the number of registrations are not enough to operate the service viably.
- The rewards amount is just an incentive for the Job Seeker for utilizing the services and being placed through JobzAlly. It is not a remuneration or any form of a regular salary.
- The User is eligible to receive the rewards amount only after accepting the offer, joining the Employer and on completion of 3 (Three) months in the new company (Employer). Referral Bonus reward is paid by the company. If the referral is applicable for that particular job. Whether the Referral is applicable or Not will be mentioned in the particular Job Posting.
- The rewards amount will be credited to the User’s account by the Company only after receiving the payment from the respective Employers.
- Rewards are based on the referral fees suggested by the company to the Job Seekers. Taxes will be levied as applicable. Please refer the “Rewards Slab” table to know more details about the cash rewards. This “Rewards Slab” is paid by the company if the referral is applicable for that particular job. Whether the Referral is applicable or Not will be mentioned in the particular Job Posting.
- The User agrees and acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for the rewards amount, if the company fail to receive payment from the Employer or delay in payment. The Company will credit the rewards amount to the User only after receiving payment from the Employer.
- The User has to provide valid bank account details to the Company for crediting the rewards amount. The Company is not responsible if the rewards amount did not get credited to the User’s account due to any kind of issues.
- The Company reserves the rights to change or cancel the rewards services any time without any reason or providing any intimation or prior notice.
- The Company is not responsible for the Employers Terms & Conditions.
- The Companies Terms & Conditions are not interlinked with the Employers Terms & Conditions.
Referees
- The registered Job Seeker can refer their PALs for the suitable job vacancies posted by the Employers and Recruitment Consultancies.
- The Referee has to register themselves as a Job Seeker with the JobzAlly.
- The Referees, hereinafter, referred to as the "User". The JobzAlly, hereinafter, referred to as the “Company”.
- The User should ensure to read the Payment Terms & Conditions very carefully before accepting and registering with JobzAlly. Payment Terms and conditions are applicable only for the jobs where referral amount mentioned in Job Posting.
- Registration is at free of cost.
- The User agrees and acknowledges that the company is not responsible or provide any guarantee for Job Offers, Offered CTC, Rewards or any kind of payments.
- References profiles will be accepted by the first referral only.
- Duplicate referees/profiles are not acceptable and not considered for rewards.
- The rewards amount is just an incentive for the Job Seeker (Referee) for utilizing the services and being placed through JobzAlly. It is not a remuneration or any form of a regular salary.
- The User is eligible to receive the rewards amount only after accepting the offer, joining the Employer and on completion of 3 (three) months in the new company (Employer). - The referrer is eligible to receive the referral rewards amount only if the referee accepts the offer, join the Employer and on completion of 3 (three) months in the new company (Employer). Referral Bonus reward is paid by the company if the referral is applicable for that particular job. Whether the Referral is applicable or Not will be mentioned in the particular Job Posting.
- The rewards amount will be credited to the User’s account by the Company only after receiving the payment from the respective Employers.

Recruitment Consultancies
- The Recruitment Consultancies, hereinafter, referred to as the "User". The JobzAlly, hereinafter, referred to as the “Company”.
- The User has to sign the Consultancy Agreement with JobzAlly.
- The User should ensure to read the Payment Terms & Conditions very carefully before accepting and registering with JobzAlly. Payment Terms and conditions are applicable only for the jobs where referral amount mentioned in Job Posting and as per the agreement terms signed between User and JobzAlly.
- The User should provide consultancy GST number/details without fail.
- Registration is at free of cost for posting the job vacancies and for sharing the suitable profiles for the job vacancies posted by the Employers and other Recruitment Consultancies.
- The User agrees and acknowledges that the company is not responsible or provide any guarantee for Job Postings, Job Offers, Offered CTC, Rewards or any kind of payments.
- Duplicate profiles are not considered for Consultant Payment and Rewards.
- The company reserves the right to change details of its advertised services, facilities, payment slabs and rewards slabs where circumstances beyond the company’s control necessitate such changes or where the number of registrations are not enough to operate the service viably.
- The payment to the User will be as per the prior discussions held and the agreement made between the Company and the User. Taxes will be levied as applicable. Referral Bonus reward is paid by the company if the referral is applicable for that particular job. Whether the Referral is applicable or Not will be mentioned in the particular Job Posting.
- The rewards amount is just an incentive for the Job Seeker for utilizing the services and being placed through JobzAlly. It is not remuneration or any form of a regular salary. - The User and the Job Seeker is eligible to receive the payment and rewards amount respectively only if the Job Seeker accept the offer, join the Employer and on completion of 3 (three) months in the new company (Employer). Referral Bonus reward is paid by the company if the referral is applicable for that particular job. Whether the Referral is applicable or Not will be mentioned in the particular Job Posting.
- The payments and the rewards amount will be credited to the User and the Job Seekers account respectively by the Company only after receiving the payment from the Employer. Referral Bonus reward is paid by the company if the referral is applicable for that particular job. Whether the Referral is applicable or Not will be mentioned in the particular Job Posting.

- The User has to provide valid bank account details to the Company for crediting the consultant payment. The Company is not responsible if the payment did not get credited to the User’s account due to any kind of issues.
- The Company reserves the rights to change or cancel the rewards services any time without any reason or providing any intimation or prior notice.
- The Company reserves the rights to hold the consultant payment if we find any false information.
- The Company is not responsible if the Employer cancel the job vacancy requirement. If cancelled, then the profiles received for that particular job postings will not be considered for payments and rewards.
- The Users are not supposed to post the job vacancies of the Employers who are the registered members of the JobzAlly. Such cases are strictly prohibited.
- The profiles uploaded by the User will be valid only for a period of 3 months. The company will take initiative to send the same profile to the suitable multiple job vacancies. If the profile gets shortlisted within 3 months, then the User and the Job Seeker are eligible to get the payment and rewards respectively. Referral Bonus reward is paid by the company if the referral is applicable for that particular job. Whether the Referral is applicable or Not will be mentioned in the particular Job Posting.
Individual Consultant
- The Individual Consultant, hereinafter, referred to as the "User". The JobzAlly, hereinafter, referred to as the “Company”.
- The User has to sign the Consultancy Agreement with JobzAlly.
- The User should ensure to read the Payment Terms & Conditions very carefully before accepting and registering with JobzAlly Payment Terms and conditions are applicable only for the jobs where referral amount mentioned in Job posting and as per the agreement terms signed between User and JobzAlly.
- One Time Registration fee is applicable for posting the job vacancies and for sharing the suitable profiles for the job vacancies posted by the Employers and Recruitment Consultancies.

Employer
- The Employer, hereinafter, referred to as the "User". The JobzAlly, hereinafter, referred to as the “Company”.
- The User has to sign the Consultancy Agreement with JobzAlly.
- The User should ensure to read the Payment Terms & Conditions very carefully before accepting and registering with JobzAlly. Payment Terms and conditions are applicable as per the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the agreement signed between User and JobAlly.
- One Time Registration fees is applicable for posting the job vacancies.
- All the job postings should be genuine.
- Duplicate job postings are strictly prohibited.
- The Company reserves the rights to delete the job postings with out intimating the User if find fault.
- The User has to intimate the Company within a day, if the shared profiles are found duplicate else the shared profiles are considered as accepted.
- The User should adhere to the payments accepted as per the agreement.
- As soon as the Job Seeker completes 3 (three) months of the employment in the organization, the User has to release the payment at the earliest as per the agreement. Taxes will be levied as applicable.
- Any payment made by the User to the Company is non-returnable at any circumstances.
- On receiving the payment from the User, the company will release the applicable referral bonus to the concerned Jobseeker, Recruitment Consultancy or Individual Consultant as per the agreed Terms and Conditions. Taxes will be levied as applicable.
- On issuing the Job Offer to the Job Seeker, the User should intimate the Company (JobzAlly) regarding the same and inform to issue invoice accordingly.
- On issuing the invoice from the Company, the User has to release the payment with in 30 days. Any delay in releasing the payment, interest amount will be charged as applicable.
- The User has to credit the amount to the Company’s bank account (JobzAlly) provided in the Invoice.
- If in case the Job Seeker quits the job or abscond from the services within 3 months from the date of joining, then the Company will take the responsibility in providing the replacement. This is applicable only if company agreed to work with User as a Recruitment Consultant.
- The User agrees and acknowledges that the Company is not responsible if the Job Seeker quits the job or abscond from the services after 3 months from the date of joining. In such cases, the User should not stop releasing the payment and also the Company is not responsible for providing replacement for the candidate. This is applicable only if company agreed to work with User as a Recruitment Consultant.

Training Institutes & Colleges
- The Training Institutes & Colleges must sign the Agreement with JobzAlly.
- The Training Institutes & Colleges should ensure to read the Payment Terms & Conditions very carefully before accepting and registering with JobzAlly.
- One time Registration Fee is applicable.
- The Training Institutes & Colleges agrees and acknowledges that the company is not responsible or provides any guarantee for Job Offers, Offered CTC, Rewards or any kind of payments.
